Card Solutions International, LLC, has been providing credit card processing services to merchants and financial institutions nationwide since 1996. We are independent authorized agents working with some of the largest credit card processors and banks in the country. We specialize in obtaining credit card merchant services for large and small businesses; retail, home- based, mail-order, Internet, restaurant, service-oriented businesses, and government agencies. We provide transaction processing for MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, and ATM/Debit cards. Each of our staff members is well trained in the merchant transaction process and will assist the merchant with all processing questions and/or concerns. We are licensed in all 50 states and derive most of our revenues from outside the Florida area.

Even though we furnish merchants with toll free customer support at the banks, which underwrite our accounts, our agents are available via a toll free number during normal working hours without voice mails! All telephone inquiries are answered within one hour at the latest during business hours. Customer Service Representatives from the processor are available 24 hours/day, 7 days/week to answer specific questions concerning transactions and/or terminal operating problems, via a toll free phone number and/or email. Our merchants usually prefer to contact our agency directly for all of the customer service issues. We are available daily from 9am – 7pm via a toll-free number and 7 days a week via email. In order to communicate with prospects in various time zones and other continents we personally monitor telephone and email communication until 2:00 a.m. seven days per week.

Card Solutions Int'l believes in personal service for our merchant base, which now totals in the thousands. Consumer satisfaction is measured by the number of merchant accounts established as compared to the number terminated in any particular period. We have been fortunate to be able to keep 99.9% accounts “live” (except those, which cancel due to business bankruptcy or business closures).
We have many satisfied merchants as shown on our website under “Satisfied Merchants” link and from written feedback from various merchants. As a matter of fact, our referrals are increasing due to increased referral sources from web developers and Internet service providers nationwide and overseas.
Due to the fact that we have an experienced lean office staff including officers, employee turnover is not a factor in the stability of our staff. This is very important when it comes to service after the sale. You do not have to be concerned if the people you spoke to in order to create the merchant account will be available to you for assistance once you begin processing.
